Yamaguchi City has been selected for The New York Times’ list of “52 places to go in 2024.”

The New York Times has announced its "52 Places to Go in 2024," and Yamaguchi City in Japan made the list following last year’s recognition of Morioka City. It is praised as "the Kyoto of the West," the article highlights tourist attractions such as Ruriko-ji’s five-story pagoda and Yuda Onsen.
